Rachel qualified in 2020 with a level 3 Sports Massage Diploma and is currently undertaking an MSc in Sports Rehabilitation.

She competes nationally in her chosen sport of Hockey and plays tennis recreationally.  Rachel also regularly works with local hockey, cricket and rugby teams including Glamorgan Cricket and Cardiff RFC.

Rachel's research interests include hip pain in young athletes and her thesis is focusing on prevention of muscle strains in Hockey players,
