Liam Gover

Liam qualified in 2020 with a level 3 sports science in college. He went on to progress at Cardiff Metropolitan University and qualified with a level 3 Sports Massage Diploma, and qualified with a BsC in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage in 2023.

 

Liam’s research interests include the effects of massage treatment on delayed-onset muscle soreness, massage treatment before and after competitions and the effects of stretching before competitions. LG Sports Therapy is welcome to everyone!
